We had so much fun, as you can see from previous posts, with my sister Amy and her kids, Jake & Paige! I was a little worried that they would be very bored here in Spring Creek, but I don't think I needed to worry!

Paige had a great time with Gabbie! Jake loved the dogs! We also did a lot of fun things, like make Easter cookies, egg hunt, games, and competed with Camp Rock!

I so enjoyed the visit with all of the, but especially having Amy here. We spent a lot of time just chatting, but it was wonderful! She also took the baby monitor for two nights so I could sleep all night long! (Big thanks to Amy for that!!!) There is just something special about my sisters. I am lucky to have great sisters that I love to death!

Visiting our local Museum! I had never been there before, but they have over 200 different animals on display!

Thanks again for coming out to visit us! We had so much fun with you and miss you already!

Gabbies First Easter Egg Hunt!

Gabbie had her first Easter Egg Hunt while her cousins, Jake & Paige, were here. Papa Larry brought candy chocolate Easter Eggs over and Kiley and I hid them in the basement. Larry also brought over "magic" Jazz wristbands to help them find all the eggs!

It was really a lot of fun! Jake & Paige frantically looked for and found all the eggs. Gabbie wasn't quite as quick at finding them since she had no idea what she was looking for!

Paige loved her "magic" wristband and swears it "REALLY WORKS!!!" She squealed loudly each time she found another egg! She even wore the wristband the next night when we played Cadoo to help her "cheat" and win!

Paige - The Great Mommy's Helper!

Paige, Gabbie's cousin, came and spent 4 full days with us during her Spring Break. She was a great Mommy's helper! Gabbie absolutely loved having Paige here... I really liked it too!

And even read to her!

The Spiderman Party for the 38 Year Old Man!!

With guest in town, we decided to have a big party for Kiley's birthday! So to Walmart we headed and loaded up on Spiderman party supplies (they didn't have Star Wars!). While Kiley was at work, we decorated the house and prepared his requested meal of pot roast and homemade mashed potatoes. Now, this is a real treat since I NEVER cook! Not only did I cook, but I did the dishes as well. Usually the deal is if I cook, which is never, Kiley does the dishes. Since it was his birthday, and he is so old, I did both. I did have a TON of help from my sister Amy and her daughter Paige. With out their help, this would not have been possible! Jake decided to play his video game and watch TV. We were also thrilled to have Papa Larry join us for the celebration!

Overall, I would say the party was a BIG success. Although, as you can see, our little Gabbie was just plumb tuckered out from all the festivities!

Happy 38th Birthday to Kiley!

Today is Kiley's 38th Birthday! Gabbie and I would like to wish him the best birthday ever! We are very lucky to have him as a husband and father!

My Little Family

I have a very talented niece named Amber. She did a little photo shoot for us and the pictures turned out amazing! Here are some pics she took! I can't believe this is my little family!

All Smiles!

Gabbie started smiling about 3 weeks ago. It is so stinking cute! She now smiles all the time! If she is awake and full, she is all smiles! She has also started to coo and talk a little. It is so fun to see how much she is changing and growing. It is crazy how fast it is happening!

The dogs have done great with our new little addition! We don't let them get to close yet, so they are still investigating trying to figure out exactly what we have brought home! I am sure that as time goes one, she will play with them more and more. It will be fun to watch them interact throughout the years!

Meeting More Cousins!

Gabbie also got to meet two more of her cousins this trip! Jake and Paige were down from Boise for the wedding! Paige said it best right before she left, "Even though Gabbie just met on Wednesday, she already likes me!" I think it is safe to say that Gabbie already LOVES her cousins! She would keep an eye on Paige at all times, wanting to know where she was. I cannot wait to watch her grow up and play with all these fun kids!
